To empower marginalized communities—especially women, children, landless farmers, agricultural labourers, and persons with disabilities—by providing access to education, sustainable livelihood opportunities, legal awareness, and inclusive development, enabling them to become self-reliant, confident, and socially empowered.

To promote education and digital literacy among children and youth from underprivileged backgrounds. To empower women through skill development, awareness, and livelihood opportunities. AAGAZ is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social development and uplifting marginalized communities. Our mission is to build a just and equitable society where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

We work across a wide range of sectors including education, women’s empowerment, legal aid, agriculture, livelihood development, sports and social inclusion. Our initiatives are focused on both rural and urban communities, especially targeting vulnerable groups such as women, children, landless farmers, agricultural labourers, and persons with disabilities.

AAGAZ actively supports landless farmers and agricultural labourers by promoting sustainable agricultural practices, skill development, and awareness programs that enhance productivity and ensure better livelihood opportunities.

President Message

Aagaz is born out of the passion to fetch advancement and development in the society of the rural and urban people. We are dedicated to working for them, especially women and children, and to provide them with all the needfuls to make them uplift and live a quality life. We are also working with our farmers to make them capable to grow safe crops and boost productivity. We are completely aware that we can not sustain our mission without the help of all individuals of you. We invite you all to volunteer with us, support us and make this world a little better together.

AAGAZ was a dream when I founded it as a NGO in 2006 but today it is a well recognized organization of  dedicated ,committed and goal oriented young and experienced people whose missionary jeal have made it a carrier of the message of gender equality and empowerment of the deprived children  and marginalized sections of people from rural to urban India. AAGAZ with its sincere and innovative team has been working tirelessly for transforming the society for a better place to live with respect and dignity.

I salute the members of AAGAZ team for constantly endeavoring to make a just and better society where dreams of all come into reality.

Our Events

Foundation Day

AAGAZ started its journey on 21st March 2006 with the aim of bringing about a positive change in society, particularly for marginalized communities. Since then, we have been working tirelessly to empower and uplift women and children, provide legal aid and awareness, promote education and literacy, and support farmers in their agricultural endeavors.

Teachers’ Day

AAGAZ recognizes the immense contribution of teachers in shaping the future of our society. On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, we express our gratitude to all the dedicated and hardworking teachers who have devoted their lives to educate and guide us. We organize various events and activities to celebrate this special day and make our teachers feel valued and appreciated.

World Literacy Day

AAGAZ acknowledges the importance of education and its role in shaping the world for the better. World Literacy Day, celebrated on 8th September every year, is a day to promote literacy, the ability to read and write, and to improve the standards of education for people around the world.
