Aagaz NGO organized a highly insightful webinar on the theme “AI and the Future of Work: Opportunities and Challenges.” The event focused on how Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping the global workforce, its possibilities for innovation and progress, and the challenges that come with such transformation.

The event commenced with a warm introduction by Khushi Gupta, who set the stage by underlining the critical role of AI in defining the future of industries and human skill development.

Following this, the National Coordinator of Aagaz NGO, Adv. Aarti Dagar, extended a heartfelt welcome to the dignitaries – Dr. Chandrakanta K. Mathur (Founder of Aagaz NGO) and the distinguished speaker Dr. Rajat Kukreja. She briefly highlighted the aim of the webinar and stressed the importance of involving youth in discussions on emerging technologies like AI.

Dr. Chandrakanta K. Mathur addressed the gathering with her insightful words. She emphasized that Artificial Intelligence is not merely a technological shift but a transformative force that will redefine human capabilities, industries, and societal roles. She highlighted the need for continuous learning, ethical considerations, and preparing the younger generation to embrace both the opportunities and challenges AI presents. Her thoughtful remarks set the right context and paved the way for the keynote address.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Rajat Kukreja, who shared deep insights into AI’s growing influence on employment trends, workplace dynamics, and innovation. He emphasized how AI can be a powerful enabler of efficiency and creativity, while also raising significant questions about job security, ethics, and inclusivity. The session became highly engaging as participants interacted with him, raising thoughtful questions about the applications of AI in healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of AI and how individuals can prepare themselves to adapt to the changing professional landscape.
